Demo Highlights
The demo opens with the Cheqify dashboard, where every issued cheque is tracked from print to clearance. From there it walks through creating a new cheque — selecting the bank format from the 300+ pre-configured layouts, entering the payee name and amount, and watching the amount in words auto-fill in Indian rupee format with lakhs and crores.
Next is the MICR validation step, where Cheqify checks the 9-digit code against the bank's branch directory and flags any mismatch before the cheque is printed. The print preview shows a pixel-perfect cheque ready for any standard inkjet or laser printer — no special hardware required.
The demo finishes with a batch print example — uploading a CSV of 50 vendor cheques and printing them all in under 60 seconds, complete with a unique cheque number assigned to each entry and a full audit trail recorded on the dashboard.
